About

Erin Ijesha Waterfalls, locally known as Olumirin, is a seven-stage cascading waterfall located on the border of Osun and Ekiti States. The falls descend from a height of approximately 120 meters through dense tropical rainforest. Local Yoruba tradition holds that the falls are sacred to the spirit Olumirin, and the site has historically been used for spiritual rituals and healing ceremonies. The waterfall system is one of the most significant hydrological features in southwestern Nigeria.
